Awareness: reduces stigma, encourages personal growth, and promotes proactive problem-solving. It also minimizes economic impact. So, the impetus is developing awareness that positive change is possible.
Intention: This is simply a deliberate optimistic act or diving into the unknown.
Positive Problem-Solving Model: Using a science-based approach of seeking positive actions.
Reasoning: It is most important to understand negative reasoning to be clear about what is not healthy and to move toward positive reasoning or mindfulness.
Mindfulness: Practice mindfulness. Be present in the moment and cultivate awareness of your thoughts and feelings.
A willingness to connect with others, professional or otherwise, who are able to listen to your experiences and feelings
Exercise, Diet, and Physical health are all important to maintaining a healthy body for strength, flexibility, weight management, maintaining physical health free from disease, strengthening bones, and improving quality of life.
Stress: Promoting physical health in all of the above-mentioned ways, along with improving emotional health, can significantly reduce stress and help a person to manage many stressful circumstances.
